Well Jan was a busy month full of fun and meyhem. Eleanor’s Bat Mitzvah at the Westbury was a gorgeous event – it all looked very stylish with pink and zebra decorations and mirror balls. Our Glamour Event covers went down well and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Orsett Hall Hotel & Restaurant December 2011

We have been so busy working with all the staff and guests at the luxurious Orsett Hall Hotel this Christmas. As official photographers, we have attended numerous Christmas Dinner Dances and had the pleasure of capturing those all important Xmas office nights out on camera. From groups of 20 insisting on a token picture for the office, to intimate duos wanting something for their mantlepiece, we have had requests for prints which will make an ideal Christmas present for family and friends too.
Thank you to everyone who made us feel so welcome, this venue is certainly the place to book and be seen…we are totally partied out!

We have been so busy visiting schools in the last few months with our ‘Family Portrait Days’ initiative. Giving families the chance to have their photos taken for extremely reasonably prices. Parents just donate £10 to the school PTA to secure their photo sessions that take no longer than half an hour for the shoot and photo viewing.
NLIS families were totally up for having some fun, so the Santa hats and Christmas props went down a treat with families who were eager to have portraits done in time for Christmas.
Swarovski Brides Magazine Party November 2011

We were so excited to be part of Brides Magazine’s Readers Party, which was hosted at Swarovski’s new store in Oxford Street.
Alongside the ‘bling’ were make-up artists Bobbi Brown, Hair stylists Charles Worthington and fashion designer Jenny Packham. Chosen as the official photographers, we covered the event and wowed guests with our event cover photography booth. We created a mini studio where Brides to-be could have their pictures taken having had their hair and makeup done. Pictures were placed on the front of Brides magazine cover and guests took the pictures away on the night.
We really enjoyed the night …great exposure for us, glam shots for the brides and excellent branded give-aways for Brides Magazine’s clients.
Motown Night – The Great Expectations Trust October 2011

The Great Expectations Trust put on a fantastic Motown night and raised money for an extremely worthwhile cause. All the guests were totally up for our ‘event photography booth’ and fell about laughing dressing up with all the 70′s Motown props that we offered. The girl band ‘The Flo’ really rocked and we look forward to seeing them again! Good Luck wishes to Kat and Sophia who organised the event, we hope you raised loads of money.

What a summer! We have visited over 30 events with our Fun Cover Photography booth. From water walkers to flying and fashion parties, we have certainly seen it all. We have all the proof that there is plenty of fun to be had. With summer nearly behind us we are taking bookings for Halloween and Christmas parties already…themes, props and tailored covers can be added to make your party extra special.
St John’s Year 6 Party July 2011

St John’s Year 6 – Class of 2011 celebrated in style. The kids enjoyed a week of endless parties and finished their festivities off with an afternoon of fun in the sun. Organised by Jackie and Nicky they found themselves walking on water in ‘Water Walkers’. The action was immense and the kids wanted to remember this forever…so we were asked along to photograph the action. We were able to capture the moment on film and produced ‘Fun Covers’ for all the kids and parents to take away on the day….what a keepsake! Good luck to everyone in year 6 have a great summer.

The sun was shining and the kids were having a great time. Football matches, sack races, wellie throwing, a tasty BBQ and more… we were so happy to be part of this fun day. We snapped loads of photos of everyone, and the football fanatics loved having their pictures created into Football World covers. The face painters were amazing and their artwork was caught on camera too…the kids were made to feel famous and the parents were so proud. Steve and the team will be at local schools, photographing the kids against fun backdrops, as well as magazine covers!! Can’t wait to see how the kids react, but from our last shoot at Confetti and Lace there was a real buzz around us!! Everyone loved seeing themselves on the front of a magazine cover!

Confetti & Lace have just launched their new flagship store at Lakeside and we were there to take the official photos of the store opening and fashion show. The gorgeous selection of shoes, accessories and gowns are breathtaking and the store itself oozes grandeur and glitz. We had VIP access to all the models and took photo shoots of the Kate and Pippa gown replicas. Brides Magazine were there to cut the ribbon and we treated all the guests to a photo session in which we produced photographs of clients posing on the front of Brides Magazine. Big congratulations to store owner Christine Dando, she has created a bridal heaven, a ‘must see’…don’t miss out, get down to Confetti and Lace in Brompton Walk Lakeside.
